Our instructors provide excitement, encouragement, motivation and music for challenging workouts, which are adapted for all fitness levels. The Magnificent Body’s schedule has a large variety of classes including Yoga, Pilates, and Strength Training, in order for participants to gain muscular tone, core power and flexibility. The schedule of classes is updated monthly.
